Chili-Grilled Chicken

 

1. Coat grill rack with cooking spray. Preheat grill to medium-hot.
2. In glass baking dish, combine tomato and lime juices, pepper, cilantro, garlic, oil,
    oregano, chili powder, and cumin. Add chicken and turn to coat. Let stand 10 minutes.
3. Remove chicken from marinade and grill 2" from heat until chicken is no longer pink
    in center, about 6 minutes on each side. Makes 4 servings.
